1、采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)擊實(shí)法或大型擊實(shí)法制作瀝青混合料試件，以供試驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行瀝青混合料物理力學(xué)性質(zhì)試驗(yàn)使用。

2、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)擊實(shí)法適用于馬歇爾試驗(yàn)、間接抗拉試驗(yàn)( mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">劈裂法) "Times New Roman"">等所使用的 101.6mm "Times New Roman"">×63.5mm "Times New Roman"">圓柱體試件的成型。大型擊實(shí)法適用于 52.4mm~95.3mm "Times New Roman"">的大型圓柱體試件的成型。

3、瀝青混合料試件制作時(shí)的礦料規(guī)格及試件數(shù)量應(yīng)符合如下規(guī)定：

(1)瀝青混合料配合比設(shè)計(jì)及在試驗(yàn)室人工配制瀝青混合料制作試件時(shí)，試件尺寸應(yīng)符合試件直徑不小于集料公稱最大粒徑的4 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">倍，厚度不小于集料公稱最大粒徑的1 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">～1. 5 "Times New Roman"">倍的規(guī)定。對(duì)直徑 101.6mm "Times New Roman"">的試件，集料公稱最大粒徑應(yīng)不大于26.5mm "Times New Roman"">。對(duì)粒徑大于26.5mm "Times New Roman"">的粗粒式瀝青混合料，其大于26.5mm "Times New Roman"">的集料應(yīng)用等量的13.2mm "Times New Roman"">～26.5mm "Times New Roman"">集料代替(替代法) mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">，也可采用直徑 152.4mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">的大型圓柱體試件。大型圓柱體試件適用于集料公稱最大粒徑不大于37.5mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">的情況。試驗(yàn)室成型的—組試件的數(shù)量不得少于4 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">個(gè)，必要時(shí)宜增加至5 "Times New Roman"">～6個(gè)。

(2)用拌和廠及施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)采集的拌和瀝青混合料成品試樣制作直徑 101.6mm的試件時(shí)，按下列規(guī)定選用不同的方法及試件數(shù)量：

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">①當(dāng)集料公稱最大粒徑小于或等于26.5mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">時(shí)，可直接取樣( "Times New Roman"">直接法)。一組試件的數(shù)量通常為4 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">個(gè)。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">②當(dāng)集料公稱最大粒徑大于26.5mm "Times New Roman"">，但不大于31.5mm "Times New Roman"">，宜將大于26.5mm "Times New Roman"">的集料篩除后使用( "Times New Roman"">過(guò)篩法)，一組試件數(shù)量仍為4 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">個(gè)，如采用直接法，一組試件的數(shù)量應(yīng)增加至6 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">個(gè)。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">③當(dāng)集料公稱最大粒徑大于31.5mm "Times New Roman"">時(shí)，必須采用過(guò)篩法。過(guò)篩的篩孔為26.5mm "Times New Roman"">。
