R911306385 REXROTH伺服電機(jī)?交流伺服電動機(jī) 交流伺服電動機(jī)定子的構(gòu)造基本上與電容分相式單相異步電動機(jī)相似.其定子上裝有兩個位置互差90°的繞組,一個是勵磁繞組Rf,它始終接在交流電壓Uf上;另一個是控制繞組L,聯(lián)接控制信號電壓Uc。所以交流伺服電動機(jī)又稱兩個伺服電動機(jī)。 交流伺服電動機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)子通常做成鼠籠式,但為了使伺服電動機(jī)具有較寬的調(diào)速范圍、線性的
機(jī)械特性,無“自轉(zhuǎn)”現(xiàn)象和快速響應(yīng)的性能,它與普通電動機(jī)相比,應(yīng)具有轉(zhuǎn)子電阻大和轉(zhuǎn)動慣量小這兩個特點(diǎn)。目前應(yīng)用較多的轉(zhuǎn)子結(jié)構(gòu)有兩種形式:一種是采用高電阻率的導(dǎo)電材料做成的高電阻率導(dǎo)條的鼠籠轉(zhuǎn)子,為了減小轉(zhuǎn)子的轉(zhuǎn)動慣量,轉(zhuǎn)子做得細(xì)長;另一種是采用鋁合金制成的空心杯形轉(zhuǎn)子,杯壁很薄,僅0.2-0.3mm,為了減小磁路的磁阻,要在空心杯形轉(zhuǎn)子內(nèi)放置固定的內(nèi)定子.空心杯形轉(zhuǎn)子的轉(zhuǎn)動慣量很小,反應(yīng)迅速,而且運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn),因此被廣泛采用。 交流伺服電動機(jī)在沒有控制電壓時,定子內(nèi)只有勵磁繞組產(chǎn)生的脈動磁場,轉(zhuǎn)子靜止不動。當(dāng)有控制電壓時,定子內(nèi)便產(chǎn)生一個旋轉(zhuǎn)磁場,轉(zhuǎn)子沿旋轉(zhuǎn)磁場的方向旋轉(zhuǎn),在負(fù)載恒定的情況下,電動機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速隨控制電壓的大小而變化,當(dāng)控制電壓的相位相反時,伺服電動機(jī)將反轉(zhuǎn)。 交流伺服電動機(jī)的工作原理與分相式單相異步電動機(jī)雖然相似,但前者的轉(zhuǎn)子電阻比后者大得多,所以伺服電動機(jī)與單機(jī)異步電動機(jī)相比,有三個顯著特點(diǎn): 1、起動轉(zhuǎn)矩大 由于轉(zhuǎn)子電阻大,其轉(zhuǎn)矩特性曲線如圖3中曲線1所示,與普通異步電動機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)矩特性曲線2相比,有明顯的區(qū)別。它可使臨界轉(zhuǎn)差率S0>1,這樣不僅使轉(zhuǎn)矩特性(機(jī)械特性)更接近于線性,而且具有較大的起動轉(zhuǎn)矩。因此,當(dāng)定子一有控制電壓,轉(zhuǎn)子立即轉(zhuǎn)動,即具有起動快、靈敏度高的特點(diǎn)。 2、運(yùn)行范圍較廣 3、無自轉(zhuǎn)現(xiàn)象 正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的伺服電動機(jī),只要失去控制電壓,電機(jī)立即停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。當(dāng)伺服電動機(jī)失去控制電壓后,它處于單相運(yùn)行狀態(tài),由于轉(zhuǎn)子電阻大,定子中兩個相反方向旋轉(zhuǎn)的旋轉(zhuǎn)磁場與轉(zhuǎn)子作用所產(chǎn)生的兩個轉(zhuǎn)矩特性(T1-S1、T2-S2曲線)以及合成轉(zhuǎn)矩特性(T-S曲線) 交流伺服電動機(jī)的輸出功率一般是0.1-100W。當(dāng)電源頻率為50Hz,電壓有36V、110V、220、380V;當(dāng)電源頻率為400Hz,電壓有20V、26V、36V、115V等多種。 交流伺服電動機(jī)運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)、噪音小。但控制特性是非線性,并且由于轉(zhuǎn)子電阻大,損耗大,效率低,因此與同容量直流伺服電動機(jī)相比,體積大、重量重,所以只適用于0.5-100W的小功率控制系統(tǒng)。

直流伺服電機(jī),額定電壓為100v,額定轉(zhuǎn)速為3000r/min,空載啟動電壓為2v,空載時,當(dāng)其輸入電壓為1 v電機(jī)不轉(zhuǎn),輸入電壓為2~2.5v時,眼睛可觀察到電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速不勻,這是因?yàn)樘妓?、油封等以及力矩角引起的不可避免的現(xiàn)象。而交流伺服電機(jī)因?yàn)闊o碳刷使其摩擦力小,還因?yàn)榛魻柶骷拇嬖诙蛊潆姶帕κ冀K垂直于旋轉(zhuǎn)半徑(這既是所謂的正弦控制),從而其低速性能明顯優(yōu)于前者。當(dāng)時將其轉(zhuǎn)速放在很低,用肉眼很難分辨電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)動,只能通過它自己的軟件界面觀察指示的電樞位置在轉(zhuǎn)動,也觀察不到爬行現(xiàn)象發(fā)生,用手也感覺不到有特性軟的現(xiàn)象,原先直流系統(tǒng)低速要求為0.1°/s,若用交流電機(jī)估計(jì)低速至少可到0.01°/s。
