moog穆格伺服閥G761-3009B充液閥的基本結(jié)構(gòu)主要包括閥芯、閥體和驅(qū)動閥芯在閥體內(nèi)作相對運動的操縱控制機構(gòu)。閥芯的結(jié)構(gòu)形式多樣;閥體上開設(shè)有與閥芯配合的閥體(套)孔或閥座孔,還有外接油管的進、出油口;閥芯的操縱控制機構(gòu)有手調(diào)(動)式、機械式、電動式以及液動式或電液動式等。
液壓閥的基本工作原理是:利用閥芯相對于閥體的運動來控制閥口的通斷及開度的大小(實質(zhì)是對閥口的流動阻尼進行控制),實現(xiàn)對液流方向、壓力和流量的控制。液壓閥工作時,所有閥的通過流量與閥的進、出油口間的壓力差以及開度的大小間的關(guān)系都符合如下空口壓力流量特性公式

第二章 充液閥的基本知識
2.1 充液閥概述
充液閥是一種特殊的液控單向閥,一個方向止流,另一個方向自由流通,先導(dǎo)動作是由油口供壓的控制閥芯用液壓實現(xiàn)的,由此而直接打開主閥。這種閥為疊加系統(tǒng)而設(shè)計,即在一個基礎(chǔ)件上,可以疊加各種各樣的其它類別液壓閥。其主要作用是從油箱(或充液油箱)向液壓缸或者系統(tǒng)補充油液,以免出現(xiàn)吸空現(xiàn)象。帶控制的充液閥還能起快速排油的作用。
2.2充液閥的典型結(jié)構(gòu)
充液閥有常閉式和常開式兩種典型結(jié)構(gòu)。
(1)常閉式充液閥
常閉式充液閥有不可控式和可控式兩種形式,不可控式充液閥,它是由閥芯、導(dǎo)向套、復(fù)位彈簧、閥體和連接法蘭等主要零件組成。閥芯是蘑菇形的,結(jié)構(gòu)較緊湊,流阻損失小;閥芯重量輕慣性小,動作靈敏。
對于可控式充液閥。控制油通入控制缸的上腔,控制活塞就可使閥芯開啟。控制缸上腔接油箱時,控制活塞在彈簧的作用下復(fù)位??刂聘紫虑慌c充液油箱是想通的。這兩種結(jié)構(gòu)的充液閥都直接安裝在液壓缸的端部,安裝方便,節(jié)省了與工作液壓缸連接的管道。浸入式結(jié)構(gòu),即上部全浸在充液油箱中,結(jié)構(gòu)很緊湊,流阻損失很02-311015 DG17V-2-2A-5-10 12 DG17V22A510
