1、傳統(tǒng)單閥芯換向閥的缺陷?
?傳統(tǒng)的單閥芯換向閥所組成的液壓系統(tǒng)難以合理解決好以下功能和控制之間存在的矛盾:?
?(1)液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計時為提高系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性,減少負載變化對速度的影響,要么犧牲部分我們想實現(xiàn)的功能,要么增加額外的液壓元件,如調(diào)速閥、壓力控制閥等,通過增加阻尼,提高系統(tǒng)速度剛度來提高系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性。但是這樣元件的增加又會降低效率,浪費能源;還會使得整個系統(tǒng)的可靠性降低、增加成本。?

?(2)由于換向結(jié)構(gòu)的特殊性,使得用戶在實現(xiàn)某一功能時必須購買相應(yīng)的液壓元件,再加上工程機械廠家會根據(jù)不同最終用戶要求設(shè)計出相應(yīng)的功能,這樣會造成生產(chǎn)廠家采購?fù)?、多?guī)格的液壓控制元件來滿足不同功能要求的需要,不利于產(chǎn)品通用化及產(chǎn)品管理,同時會大大提高產(chǎn)品成本。?
?(3)由于執(zhí)行機構(gòu)進出液壓油通過一根閥芯進行控制,單獨控制執(zhí)行機構(gòu)兩側(cè)壓力是不可能的。因此,出油側(cè)背壓作用于執(zhí)行機構(gòu)運動的反方向,隨著出油側(cè)背壓升高,為保質(zhì)執(zhí)行機構(gòu)的運動,必須提高進油側(cè)壓力。這樣會使得液壓系統(tǒng)消耗的功能增加,效率低,發(fā)熱增加。?
?采用雙閥芯技術(shù)的液壓系統(tǒng),由于執(zhí)行機構(gòu)進出油側(cè)閥口閥芯位置及控制方式各自獨立,互不影響,這樣通過對兩閥芯控制方式的不同組合,利用軟件編程能很好解決傳統(tǒng)單閥系統(tǒng)不能解決的問題,同時還可以輕易實現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)液壓系統(tǒng)中難以實現(xiàn)的功能。?
